Purchasing
Purchasing can be done by the following methods.
1. Payment directly on line, accepting VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard or American Express.

Personal Guarantee
Danish Silver guarantees all of our products to be in the stated condition. We ship immediately upon receipt of payment. All items are fully insured while in transit.

Refunds
All items can be returned within 14 days of sale for a full refund less shipping, handling and any import fees.

Shipping
As of February 1, 2006 all of our shipments outside of Denmark will be shipped with UPS. This is a costly expense but we want to deliver a better shipping service.

All shipping costs for purchases over Dkk 2500 are free. All purchases under Dkk2500 are charged a reasonable flat Dkk100 rate for shipping and handling costs.

This includes all packing material and shipping to your location.

For international buyers outside the European Union, there is a minor import fee, usually between 3% and 5%, applied by the shipper UPS.
