Purchasing
Purchasing can be done by the following methods.

Danish Silver guarantees all of our products to be in the stated condition. We ship immediately upon receipt of payment. All items are fully insured while in transit.

Returns

All new items can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs and credit card fees (250 Dkk).

Refunds
All defective items can be returned within 14 days of sale for a full refund less shipping, handling and any import fees.

Shipping
All Items are shipped from Copenhagen Denmark. We are currently offering free worldwide shipping for orders over 1500 Dkk.

For international buyers outside the European Union, there is a minor import fee, usually between 3% and 8%, applied by the shipper UPS. For exact amounts contact your countrys import or customs department.
